Refund policy
At Levo, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
How to Return: Email us at support@levo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, intimates, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.
